ANNUAL REPORT AWARDS

Here’s a quote from one of our Annual Report winners.

“I am indebted to Counsel and Capital for teaching me the value of a high quality annual report. Before we started entering their contest, I looked at the annual report as an obligation necessary to demonstrate good stewardship. It certainly accomplishes that. However, when we started following their guidelines, we quickly discovered a much greater value for a quality annual report.  The first year we did not win anything in the contest. However, we gained enormous respect from our supporters. Numerous supporters called us to thank us for the annual report, often times pointing out a specific part of the report that was important to them.

The next year, we got our whole team together and worked even harder on the annual report. We then realized we could use the annual report as a tool to meet with our top supporters.  It has become a great opportunity for them to ask questions about their investments. It allows us to listen to their heart for the mission and their ideas for us to improve and to reach more people. Several of our top supporters have asked for additional copies so they can share them with their friends!
